PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
(Please note: For your form to be processed, you are required to fill out this form completely.)

 

- As a wholesaler, we accept returns only for exchange of defective or damaged products purchased through our authorized retailers within 30 days of receipt.  
- NO REFUNDS for the product will be issued.
- No REIMBURSEMENT for the cost of hair installation.
- Items can only be exchanged in the country in which the purchase was made.
- To process your inquiries, we require the following from you:

 

o Provide the original receipt and photo of the item
o Return the item in the original packaging for an inspection
